THE TRUMAV WORKOUTS

TRUMAV offers more than just your average workout. Our signature programming is a challenging bootcamp style class that offers high intensity training. These classes are led by instructors who are consistently pushing your limits and inspiring you to be your best self, not only inside, but also outside the gym. TRUMAV offers two workouts:

Workout Photo

TRUFIT | This is the basic level class for all TRUMAV members that incorporates all the aspects of a TRUMAV workout. Every day is a unique ultimate group training experience that focuses on heart rate training through wearable technology. These workouts are designed to increase your metabolic rate post-workout, helping you to burn more calories.

TRUPOWER | The advanced level TRUMAV class that all TRUMAVs are allowed to test into after being a part of the TruFit class. This elite work out incorporates the same aspects of the TruFit class, but amped to an even more demanding level. If you worked hard in the TruFit class, be prepared to grind even harder with this exlusive programming that pushes you to achieve ultimate results.
